   I seem to recall, but can quickly find no evidence for, Coutts' bank getting into a spot of bother in the late 1800s too.

     @hazelnot @mdhughes @alex LOL that *is* her real name. She's Honorable Lady daughter of the 9th Baron Latymer. They founded Coutts, a private bank used by HM QEII but it got into some trouble in the 90s and again in 2008 (unbelievably).
