WaPo/George Will: 'Why we need to fire the first Asian-African American woman Vice President and former U.S Senator and California Attorney General because as an old conservative white guy, I’m grasping at straws.'
Holy crap, what a take.

@TonyStark oh gross! Fix what!? An amazing VP? Why would we want to fix positive progress?
@mentallyalex Right wing*
Obviously Joe Biden can handle it.
@mentallyalex White old straight guys can’t handle it. They are losing their minds.
@TonyStark @Urban_Hermit I’m becoming increasingly disgusted by how little credit Biden is getting for the very good work he’s doing. It really makes me question how much people on both sides really believe in what they say they want, because they don’t even seem to recognize it when they get it. I worry that America has become so addicted to the spectacle that it can’t even *see* reality anymore. Brave New World.
@dogzilla @Urban_Hermit We have a President doing a good job under some difficult circumstances. We have a choice of two and Biden has a more than capable VP in Kamala Harris. Your point is it: not a wannabe dictator, and also going to appoint qualified, diverse judges to our courts, going to continue to invest in the country and working people, going to continue to lower costs for people like drug prices, going to continue climate action- it’s such an easy call. #BidenHarris2024
@Urban_Hermit @TonyStark Look - arguably our most successful President brought the country out of a worldwide depression, basically won the greatest armed conflict in history, and served almost 4 consecutive terms *from a wheelchair*. Physical ability is not an important factor for the job. I would argue not being a wannabe dictator is a far more important consideration
@dogzilla @TonyStark I was listening to a lot of political podcasts and liking the analysis of Trump, but they lost me for good when they had multiple days when they went on about how Biden, who has been an excellent president of a smart cabinet of future leaders, is "too old".
They are just never Trump Republicans. I am glad they are meeting new people, but they wanted a feisty person to slam Trump for them. Couldn't get that in your primary, don't tell democrats who they should support.
@TonyStark Why do these old-school Republicans who lost control of their own party to Trump think they have any useful political advice to offer Democrats?
