While this post may seem innocuous, in context it is not.
"Heather" has accounts on multiple instances that all consistently advocate for adults having sex with minor teenagers.

One might or not agree with this position, but it is a fact that most countries do not put this age at 18 (not even most US states).
E.g. in Switzerland, the UK and Canada, it is 16, in France, Sweden and Uruguay, it is 15, whilst in Germany, Italy, Austria and Brazil it is 14.
Advocating for a lower age for sexual maturity than 18, is in itself, definitely not "pedophilia".

"Heather" is actually a guy (he makes no secret of it, though he doesn't advertise it).
Whilst the content might seem problematic, I haven't seen him advocating for child abuse.
What he is talking about is that, the age for sexual maturity, i.e. the right of a person to engage in consensual sexual activities with whomever they chose, is determined by a social consensus, and namely that putting this age at 18, is not in accordance with

I tried ckecking the Wild Heathercaccountcright away, but despite Heather C's follow request, I had already been blocked right after
@BlueDot's warning. I never had any prior contact with the Wild account.
This speaks of bad intent for me. I'm not a court and in the case of potential child abuse, I'd rather err on the safe side if it is a handle unknown to me.
That said, I agree with your analysis.

The question is, whether he leaves the grounds of what and how it is acceptable to say in a liberal society.
I don't see the limits of the acceptable clearly broken (you do, and that's fine).
We can't judge people on character, only by their deeds. I think.

Call me a cynic. He talks exactly as if he is trying to move the window of acceptable public discourse on the subject of child sexual abuse, so that it will be easier for adult men to abuse teen girls.
I've seen a proper campaign to change the age of #consent, led by experts in child development, social workers, and legal experts. This is not that.

This is, where "free speech" ends for me.
On the other hand, I believe "Heather" has a valid point:
Talking about the sexuality of teenagers (he calls them "young adults", I don't) and the legal rules applicable shouldn't be taboo.
