     @stefan Only good way to judge is I ask all users "why are you joining?" By far most are fleeing Twitter.

     The second most clear statement is they are joining to be on the same server as a friend who already made the jump.

Whether it's the communications via Patreon, the posts about instance policy and the reasoning behind it, or the firefighting during sudden surges after Elon tantrums, I've consistently been impressed with the way this place is run and have never second guessed my decision to join.
