but that's usually the root, if you hate it you probably need to work on it, especially if you're an intermediate lifter -

I don’t know if you follow @PhoneBoy but he had an extremely wild ride over the past 6 years. He started running every day for years, changed his food, changed his wifu and it seems he’s a very happy man now.
