@SouthShoreMasshole @wcarlson currently getting ready for some ice climbing season up in NH, i'm like ok what do i hate doing, right abs, and what am i worried will go on the mountain, legs, and i've cut out shit that isn't going to help while alpine climbing

but that's usually the root, if you hate it you probably need to work on it, especially if you're an intermediate lifter
