     Hast Du evtl. für den deutschsprachigen Raum irgendwelche Statistiken bezüglich der Leugnung des #Holocaust.--Vermutlich schwierig, da in Deutschland eine Straftat.

     @Ruth_Mottram @ErikJonker I just assumed it was an incontrovertible fact that every UK school child learned that 6 million Jews were killed in the Holocaust…so I was alarmed that 52% of British people surveyed did not know this: https://www.claimscon.org/uk-study/

     I decided to study history at both GCSE and A level which perhaps makes me slightly more aware of recent history…but it was also taught in RE lessons, where we watched Schindler’s List.

     Hi Ruth,
     https://mastodon.social/@Pia@chaos.social has found a study on the subject in Germany*.

     As you can see, the awareness for the necessity of maintaining the German #RemembranceCulture had risen strongly form 2020 to January, 2022.

     All studies exist in English as well (link on the lower side of the page).
