If you eat 30g of protein for breakfast, what do you eat? An ungodly number of eggs? I’d like to get more protein in the morning, but I’d like to know what the most popular and easiest 30g protein breakfasts are!

(And lived in a country where cottage cheese was readily available.)
Scrambled curried tofu is my best option now, albeit a bit more expensive. Hemp protein and banana pancakes are pretty decent, too, although I don't have the macros immediately to hand.
And this whole post is reminding me that I need to get back to lifting.

I add a teaspoon of potato starch to the spice mix to hold everything together if I can't be bothered pressing the tofu first, which is most of the time.
