     @Tony @hidden No, my parents were incredibly scared of fish when I was younger because of the mercury in vaccines thing and I was quite the picky eater for the first 15 odd years of my life too so coleslaw was also out of the question. Now I don't really have to deal with either of these things but the lack of experience remains.

     When I was a kid my dad ordered 100 pounds of salmon and halibut directly from a fish place in alaska and it came out to like $300 ($3/pound with shipping)
     
     Literally need to do that again. It's expensive up front but man we had halibut stew and fresh salmon for like two years

     Fish is good, i just usually eat local stuff and I like halibut and salmon...

     I’d probably give sushi a go from a reputable place but I wouldn’t even know where to start. Im pretty picky fish eater anyway so that doesn’t help.
