  About the only "out" I can see is that the writer points out that this grab is a real stretch for the Deep State which implies that, maybe, Internet stack providers might have luck in the court system to squelch it.

  Yes, and I'm certain that is by design, to disempower enemies of the state (White men, including Trump).

The other big no-no of the post WW2 order aside from “no white interests” is “no leaders that the people love” because that’s also hitleresque. The guy that said “All Trump had to do was say ‘I’m Q. Pizzagate is real. Let’s kill these freaks.’ and the world would have been his.” was 100% correct, and THATS what scares the system shitless. No other figure from the past century of American history could have started a violent revolution against the system with just a handful of words. The fact that Trump isnt the kind of man that ever would say it isnt so Important, the fact that the system let a person that could give that order become so powerful and influential represents a massive failure on their part and they’re desperately overcorrecting.
