     I honestly think criminal charges would be a difficult path for any prosecutor here. I think 1A defenses could be brought to bear as to criminal charges, even if they aren't available as to school administrative action against the student because of different doctrines governing those separate "jurisdictions" — Offenses against the school vs. Offenses against the state.
