  Incorrect. The act itself is far more damaging to the body for "MSM activity" than normal sex. Viral load is higher in male fluids than female. Micro and regular "tearing" causes the chance to further increase. Even if the baseline distribution of HIV was completely even across all people regardless of sex, orientation, or race (it isn't, not even close), a dude will be far more likely to catch it from a guy than a woman. Add in the lifestyle factors involved with gay community (drugs, multiple partners, etc.) and it increases further— this is still assuming an even distribution, which doesn't exist. It's a psyop to make regular people think that every time they had sex it was a dice roll on getting HIV to disguise the fact that it was a gay disease and the elite classes were decadent and into weird stuff.

Even if the cases are among more gays or anyone polygamous, personally i would just avoid the whole thing by get marrying and staying with my wife.
