   @LadyMont @ChasingWaterfalls It's going to be a complete mess. Society in general is. I think Millennials are the last generation to take seriously anything that took place in the 20th century. To zoomers and on it's all abstract, all academic. To them they might as well be reading about ancient Rome or something.
   
   That isn't just going to impact the workforce, it's going to impact the way they view the world. You think the gender war stuff from the 20th century is going to hold today? Luke feminism vs patriarchy or whatever. That whole dichotomy is evaporating. It's getting replaced with... well I don't know what it's getting replaced with, but I know it's getting replaced. Just looking around. You'll see what I mean.

     @NEETzsche @ChasingWaterfalls @LadyMont I'll give you my opinion as a gen z. There is nothing to look forward to except an endless cycle of debt. The past is irrelevant when there is no future. Dichotomies are being replaced with apathy and doing the minimum for as much pay as you can get. Jobs are nothing more than what you do to make money - noone I know my age (all engineers) is stupid enough to be "passionate" about their work.
     
     Other than that the future of doctors, lawyers, engineers etc. will be entirely white men and westernised Asians.

     @Zealous @ChasingWaterfalls @LadyMont Considering everybody, including law enforcement, is stuck in that cycle of debt, you can expect the debt to just straight up stop mattering past a certain point

     @teknomunk It won't even work then. They'll need to actually forgive the debt, not just part of it, but the whole nut. That will not happen thanks to greed. These people have basically signed their own death warrant, it's just that it won't be executed all at once, but slowly.

     What leverage would they have over the law enforcement they need to enforce the debt? "We'll forgive some of your debt if you force everyone else to comply?" will only work if the enforcers have zero connection to the general population and are perpetually subject to debt.
