@LadyMont @ChasingWaterfalls It's going to be a complete mess. Society in general is. I think Millennials are the last generation to take seriously anything that took place in the 20th century. To zoomers and on it's all abstract, all academic. To them they might as well be reading about ancient Rome or something.

That isn't just going to impact the workforce, it's going to impact the way they view the world. You think the gender war stuff from the 20th century is going to hold today? Luke feminism vs patriarchy or whatever. That whole dichotomy is evaporating. It's getting replaced with... well I don't know what it's getting replaced with, but I know it's getting replaced. Just looking around. You'll see what I mean.
