      I use sftp in mix. I also use syncthing for syncing whole directories.

      Does "file system expose" allow the user to change directories? I know going from Linux to android, you have to set a folder, I haven't looked the other direction though because I use sftp.

      MiX can be a sftp client or server. It's that simple. No need to set up samba.

      Just by way of example. I have syncthing set up so that any music I add to my phone or mpd server is automatical mirrored to the other. If files show up either, they're immediately copied to the other.

      The nice thing about syncthing is that it has a web backend, so it makes it easy for most anyone to use. No need to edit conf files etc. Just make sure you note the ip and port during install.

      Honestly, mounting remote file systems and allowing certain apps to access them is about the only additional feature I'd really like on my phone. I'm currently using a 512gb SD and syncthing to effectively perform that function.

      Oh... and not having ABC take pictures of my dick while I'm pooping would be nice too.
