@maija Tim Pool isn't a bullshitter last I've seen, but I welcome anyone calling out the exaggeration
But I've read details of what he's being accused of and some law dudes as commented on that it's insane. The short version of it is that they'd have to be mind readers to prove the intention and it put up the lawyers offering legal advices (basically, how to proceed to contest results lawfully) as co-conspirators, ultimately amassing a bunch of people which would legally put it as a "conspiracy" or something
Once again, setting potentially really bad legal precedents about all this stuff
@coolboymew First thing that drew my eye in this image was the anime girl, thought you were going to say something about that. Very disappointed, coolboymew.
One important thing to consider when discussing things like “precedent” is that in the mind of the commie/liberal, it really doesn’t go both ways. In their mind it is different when they do it, because they’re good and you’re bad. “Precedent” doesn’t exist here. Example: the “precedent” that you can’t discriminate based on race only applies to White people. Other races may discriminate racially, especially against Whites. This is okay and a hill for them to die on. But you, Whitey, may not discriminate based on race.
@StaleDonut it's a rocklike band (can be soft or hard) with a mix of the noise genre. Doing special things to instruments to make them extra "noisy", dreamy music, vocal that gets lost in the music and is sometimes completely unaudible, etc
The Sleepwalk, which I discovered recently, if my fav of the genre I've seen so far. However, it's significantly more "noise" than the rest
@NEETzsche@maija it depends, I'd argue that all of this "we must do this at all cost" is really, really bad because said law precedent can just as easily apply to their side in the end. The whole thing in the last few years have been constantly blowing up in their faces and keep escalating and it's getting really stupid
Remember the document thing? It was basically revealed like not a few weeks after that Biden had documents also... oops, even more documents appeared after another week
@coolboymew tim pool is hit or miss. he will be very enlightened one second then say the most retarded biased shit youve heard in your entire goddamn life the next.
> and it put up the lawyers offering legal advices (basically, how to proceed to contest results lawfully) as co-conspirators, ultimately amassing a bunch of people which would legally put it as a "conspiracy" or something damn that is insane absolutely a very bad precedent, but also considering how insanely fucked the legal system is in this coutnry, its not fair or just anyways so ig its not as bad
@NEETzsche@coolboymew this is an issue for both sides, american politics are insanely retarded and anyone following that tribalism is retarded too. i see you pull the same shit. but its understandable people get roped in amid intense propaganda, its intentional. fight against each other instead of the system. and it works.
I see this exact line of thought in the other direction: both Republican/Democrat parties are left wing because they both support white genocide etc. And they do. So that take has more merit than the take that both Republican/Democrat parties are right wing.
Name one truly right wing policy of the Democrats. For it to qualify as truly right wing in the context of America, it needs to act as a countervailing policy to their decidedly left wing view that straight white men need to be replaced by black transbians. You can’t.
@mischievoustomato@NEETzsche@coolboymew yeah, usually it referes to left and right, in america it got coopted to mean democrat and republican. they're both right wing parties, quite a bit more than a lot of countries, but as long as they keep feeding people the bullshit propaganda through their whole lives, and keep telling them that thats left vs right, the shrink the overton window to just the systems beneficial little area, anything farther on either side is extremism, when in reality they havent even touched leftism its a pretty neat trick, and part of why americans are so retarded in any political discussion
@maija@NEETzsche@coolboymew sorry but i like my right wing team also, whats the point of saying that in the rest of the world left vs right is different than in america? for american matters its its own left vs right and thats it
@maija@NEETzsche@coolboymew i honestly don't think it matters much because america is continent-sized so their definition matters enough locally and about the other points, it's hard to fight the system because people are tribal and that means most want to be in a team, and as such stuff like this will continue, it is how it is
White genocide is all-important to both parties, and only very recently are the Republicans making a meek pretense to the contrary. If we were to put “replace whitey” as a policy goal into the left-right political spectrum, it would have to fall FAR onto the left side. If your political party’s overwhelmingly top priority is FAR left, then your party is FAR left.
This isn’t really complicated and I don’t need to debate it. It’s just how it is.
@NEETzsche@maija@mischievoustomato I think the defininitional fuckery is of no help in the end. The Marxist of stupidpol says that none of this shit is far left and the right blames it on marxism
@NEETzsche@mischievoustomato@coolboymew leftwing/rightwing is just a scale of less hierarchy to more. leftists tend to believe hierearchy is unjust and try and remove it. rightists tend to believe its just and needed for order. both parties champion identity politics bullshit, but when it comes down to shit that actually matters, neither wants to bring down hierarchies of any kinda, both do corporate bailouts and corporate capitalism, both do everything they can to ensure the hierarchy stay and people stay in power, while both just fuel the wealth and protect those in higher class from middle and from lower. to put simply, they both do everything they can to support the current right wing hierarchy and the elites. they both do all they can to help these coporations and lobblylists to enact their policies in benefit, which rarely helps, but pushes even more hierarchy in the sense of corporate structure and need this higher status to afford better lawyers to even keep up. thats obviously not the only possible right wing system, theres much more just ones, but it is assuradely as right wing as it comes. nobody is pushing actual leftist policies in the u.s. except, i suppose, bernie sanders, who is just barely a leftist if so.
and to respond to your point about "right wing in the context of america", thats literally exactly the point i was making of people being manipulated into supporting near identical shit. you're as brainwashed as any other american left or right. and the replacement identity politics is not a left right issue in the slightest, thats just manufactured outrage so people dont get outraged at the actual injustices
>leftwing/rightwing is just a scale of less hierarchy to more
Don't conflate left/right with libertarian/authorian. The political compass meme that you posted has both dimension.
>both parties champion identity politics bullshit, but when it comes down to shit that actually matters
Identity politics "actually matters" when it impacts people's ability to thrive, and in all NATO nations, they do impact people's ability to thrive. I stopped reading here because your entire post is predicated on ideas that are detached from reality. You might as well have started off with "bearing in mind that 2+2=5."
