I know where your head is with this and I agree, but I will give a cautious reminder that the feds break the rules for a living. They will not hold themselves to reasonable standards, and they will always try and take bad faith interpretations of everything regular people do. IMO their main goal is to find a way to get a RICO charge on any dissident group, because that's an easy way to "legally" target anyone associated with it indiscriminately. -
