LGR and Technology Connections are top-tier, after them most other YouTubers in this category drop off the quality cliff.

TechMoan is good too and there are certainly others but most of what gets recommended after that is not great.

@Moon VWestlife is also really good

Cathode Ray Dude could have a potential for greatness if not for some very grating moments from him that borders on breadtube

@meso @Moon Anyway, here's some of my favorites in no particular order:
      Druaga2 aka Tech Tangents - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UCerEIdrEW-IqwvlH8lTQUJQ
      Adrian Black - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UCE5dIscvDxrb7CD5uiJJOiw
Usagi Electric (similar to Adrian, but focuses more on HUEG 70's minis) - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UCE4xstUnu0YmkG-W9_PyYrQ
8-Bit Guy (hated by some due to the paperclip incident, but still is very informative and actually puts machines to use) - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UC8uT9cgJorJPWu7ITLGo9Ww
RetroBytes (very good documentaries, but with a thick british accent) - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UCBp33nQRejZkmujCMtnPJTQ
Janus Cycle (somewhat underrated, focuses on mobile/handheld stuff) - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UCshVweYiHqrepiq6b8tWvLQ
Michael MJD (mostly software and 00s stuff) - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UCS-WzPVpAAli-1IfEG2lN8A
Action Retro (has some filler content issues similar to LGR, otherwise decent) - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UCoL8olX-259lS1N6QPyP4IQ
And shoutouts to our boy @Pawlicker - https://invidious.snopyta.org/channel/UCYyCai0PQQ0O6yA_yQzBY-g

@Moon LGR is a rat-faced fat millenial who does nothing but playing first level of Duke Nukem and the same three midis on mid-90s shitboxes. Lowest tier of retroomer. Not saying his videos are bad, just boring, and there's plenty of other channels whose hosts at least know how to hold the soldering iron.

@mint @Moon @meso glad you mentioned me I'm actually going to possibly be doing a hardware/os install experiment today where I'll see if a certain common unsupported IBM machine can run nt4 PPC.
