  They elevate materialism to theological status, but deny their religious observance in the material. They have faith in science, but deny its faith. It's a state pf being filled with cognitive dissonance. That's why it's so easy to critique.

  Part of the reason for the "science" push is to cause people to distrust their senses in such a way that they put their faith in the sophists. The vaccine roll out and "trust the science" was a real and ultimate example of this phenomenon, but it manifests in many ways that causes the self to put the locus of knowledge in others without proof of the veracity of their assertions.

  And they pretend that it's a miracle that the ancient Jews already figured that stuff out, instead of going with the more rational conclusion that there is a large overrepresentation of Jews in top positions of academia and that they simply inject their personal believes into something that should be the pure pursuit of knowledge.
