     And that's the point. It's a matter of what proof you accept as necessary to establish the existence of a thing.
     
     For some reason, these science types seem claim that self-report plus mri proves headaches, but self-report plus mri does not prove God. The fact that they demand a different level of proof for latter establishes that something else is at play — it's not science or reason.
     
     They feel comfortable defending headaches for much the same reason many people believe the holocaust occurred. It's a social norm for most. The disbelief in God is also a norm in their reddit tier science communities. The science types are like women. They don't think. They repeat concensus.

A reasonable person would not go and try to falsify a concept like god but rather proof that Yahweh is a made up story. Because debating metaphysical concepts like god is fruitless and will never yield satisfying conclusions for the parties involved.
