   Interesting.
   So this means that Meta can read all the toots of our's that go to their users, right?

   I also find myself wondering... is it going to be one huge instance? If so, I can block it if I am not interested in getting in touch with anyone on that network, even though my instance hasn't blocked it.... right?
   Even the ones other people boost?

     No. I like my instance very much, but I can see where individuals would want to follow people who, sadly, prefer Meta.

     Since Mastodon has the functionality for each user to block domains, I can do it while others don't.
