      Except it doesn't work. It's an epithet that KiwiFags who are anti-tranny came up with and KiwiFags themselves are badly misinformed cretins who tune into MATI, a podcast, every week. I remember back when KF.CC was still kicking, the whole instance would shut down when Josh went live.

      There's nothing wrong with podcasts. It's just that kikes want to make it seem bad because the podcast is a form of content creation that's compelling, semit-informative, accessible to the working class who have long drives and give the creator a degree of anonymity and form of revenue. You can see why besmirching them would be a priority.

      @PonyPanda Calling the TRS listenership and the subculture that emerged from it the "podcastrace" is actually a response to TRS calling fags "gayrace" and normies who take whatever the TV tells them at face value the "tvrace." As much as I like to attack them, they have been very influential in the alt/dissident right, to the extent that people spout TRSisms without having ever heard of TRS. It's partly why I feel so bad about their gradual fall starting a couple years ago, even now, because it isn't as though they had zero worthwhile or interesting ideas.

      But yeah. I agree. Podcasts are not in themselves bad, for all the reasons you listed. What is, however, bad, is making a religion out of them.

      Podcastrace as an epithet is an obvious attempt to shame people who support the few dissident content creators out there. It's about as dumb as the weeb bashing. Some guys listen to political podcasts. Some guys watch Japanese cartoons. What makes you so enlightened with your use of your free time? Oh? You chug along on your TOR browser to read through 1000 page threads on KiwiFarms about fat people and trannies. Cool.

      As for pawoo the only reason we defederated them was because of a specific attack involving CSAM that started after KF went offline.       Pawoo has had prior CSAM attacks though. There was a famous one in 2021. poa.st's jannies were the ones able to stop it because they thought ahead by contacting the admin in Japanese. poa.st also started an admin crisis communication line should another incident like that occur. Was KF part of that?

      The incident in 2021 was pretty crazy. poa.st was always walking a tightrope with federating with borderline instances because it has a userbase of weebs. But KF doesn't and it has a more vocal anti-weeb, anti-lolicon userbase. Why didn't KF federate from pawoo back then?
