   🎉 Congrats to @gabek and @owncast for launching version version 0.10 this week!

   It's a major release with a COMPLETE front-end rewrite 😲, and has been much anticipated by Owncast's fediversal streaming community.

   🧪 I'll be testing it with a livestream in about an hour (5/1 at 8pm eastern) at 🎥 @streaming doing some research on fundraising for open source software projects and vibing to some music.

   Come hang out, bring a project or snack, and vibe to some 🎶music🎶 with me!

     @DopeGhoti @captaincalliope Each microblogging platform has their own features of what, and how, they render content inline. Mastodon, however, will render an Owncast stream in the timeline if you share the URL. For example: https://lyre.live/

     I wonder if the time will come that an #Owncast stream can be shared by #ActivityPub and watched in #Mastodon inline with the post with the same ease as an attached .GIF or video?
