     @darnell @fediversenews That's pretty interesting. I know FediDB removes pawoo. And I don't think joindiaspora.com should be counted. It's reached end of life.

     @atomicpoet @fediversenews Yeah, Fediverse Observer (https://fediverse.observer) already reports #Misskey (https://misskey.io) as the eighth largest instance in the #Fediverse right now as it has surpassed #Mastodon Online (https://mastodon.online).

     @atomicpoet @fediversenews Oh wow! I did not realize that Join #Diaspora (https://joinsiaspora.com) was shutting down! That is sad news indeed!

     Yeah, I know FediDB (https://FediDB.org) removed Pawoo, although they oddly have kept Baraag listed (that site allegedly is a haven for questionable NSFW content).

     Also, #CounterSocial (https://counter.social) is now a top ten instance according to Instances Social (https://instances.social), even though they are not federated.

     @atomicpoet @fediversenews @dansup I believe Baraag is evasive & registrations are closed which makes it harder to verify if they host questionable content.

     Others have reported the site as a creepy haven for CP, but without evidence the domain & server can not be shut down (Verisign would seize their domain if it was proven that the site willingly hosted CP).
