     That dudebro has no idea why I made that post.

     Someone I know was going through a rough time, and I wanted to remind the world that it's important to be kind to others.

     No, I'm not going to provide more context than that because the notion should require more context.

     Frankly, all you need to know is that it's better to be kind.

     And here he busts into my mentions with a "Well, akshually..."

     I'm tired of reply guys.

     No one should be twisting a very general "Be kind to everyone" into "Let's not be kind to murderers."

     Mastodon needs comment controls so we can boot out the reply guys.

     @Pineywoozle @atomicpoet @CStamp Tusky has the below options. Most apps do have options for limiting to followers only, but you need a largish following for that to be optimal, engagement-wise.
