    @lunarised that’s a good age to get in shape. I’m 41, and am trying to balance working out with my job energy requirements. I’m not as hardcore as in my 20’s. Lol. It gets harder to get in the gym after kids.

      Family has a long history of shitty hearts and Alzheimer's, and being fit should reduce risk of both of them

      Plus its good to feel like youre respecting yourslef.

      @lunarised it’s a don’t tread on me Shemagh? Add doing triceps. Rope pull down, and the straight bar pull down. My personal best max is 335. You could add a incline or decline if you want more.

      No idea what those things are... But i shall goog before going to the gym so i know what to look for...

      I usually go 1am when the only people there are the powerlifting squad. so everything else is free (except 44 plates)

      @lunarised try pyramiding your sets. Or mix up your set and reps. Your body may have gotten use to your workout.

      I'm heading out tonight for chest, and il try doing 5x12 rather than my usual 5x10.
      Maybe an extra set of less weight at the end? Idk... I'm mostly doing it to burn them cals
