    I'm heading out tonight for chest, and il try doing 5x12 rather than my usual 5x10.
    Maybe an extra set of less weight at the end? Idk... I'm mostly doing it to burn them cals

    No idea what those things are... But i shall goog before going to the gym so i know what to look for...

    I usually go 1am when the only people there are the powerlifting squad. so everything else is free (except 44 plates)

    powerlifters are the nicest guys at the gym...
    They always assume your still using gear and will watch it for you (and for them later i guess), they always gimme a hand if im having a shittty set and they usually are more than happy to shoot the shit
