@regehr I almost didn't graduate because of crap like this, it really sucked the credibility out of the entire university system. Especially since I was barely scraping by, paying my own way through college, and then what is my money going towards? Between being told that every C++ instance has its executable code copied for every method, being assigned UML diagrams by profs that obviously had never written a line of code in their life... ASU CS program was a shit show

I have no idea if any people following me need this, but it would have been life-changing advice for me in my teens & 20s.

This is a simple face care routine that has a good chance to eradicate pimples and acne from your life:

1. When you shower, wash your face with soap
2. When you dry off, pat your face dry, don't rub the towel
3. Next, use a basic, unscented moisturizing lotion on your face
4. Use the feeling of lotion to remind yourself not to touch your face

Seriously, life changing.

One thing I appreciate about Mastodon is that if I slip into a bad habit of scrolling through the feed too much in one day, I start seeing old posts that I've already seen, and then I realize that I'm doing a bad habit, and that helps me stop checking the site too often.

On other platforms they would do anything to prevent that moment of self-reflection from occurring.

@lritter zig does not have any optimization passes currently. It's also designed with human maintenance in mind with no regards to being the target of machine generation.
