#Today my morning walk was crisp and clear with just a skiff of cloud. I'm finishing out my first week of my new job in good shape. It is awesome doing my job without the daily stress I fed myself due to my self induced #Trauma from undiagnosed #ADHD. If you are suffering what seems to be insurmountable anxieties, please hang in there. It can get better and life can be truly Good.

@Mrfunkedude that is impressive... just not sure in what direction. You are either incredibly unobservant or exceedingly lucky! ?

@Mrfunkedude yes, I've learned how to steal planes from both municipal and military airfields as well as how to kidnap a person from a garrisoned island. VERY educational! ???

@Mrfunkedude different things seem hard in different ways. I've lost a child due to premature delivery, had a close friend blow his brains out in the woods, stayed married through intense bouts of depression (my spouses and mine), counseled my teenaged daughter when I knew she was suicidal, and had to relearn how to be a human being in my mid-fifties. Each was the hardest in a different way and each taught me a different invaluable lesson about who I am. I wouldn't do it again, but I wouldn't change it either.

#Today it is Wednesday. Yesterday celebrated #Oregon birthday with tacos, beer, and friends. Back to working my program today. It's a day to keep my extremities inside the vehicle and focus on the road. Or, in my case, sit at my desk operating a computer. Here's to all you desk jockeys out there, Cheers! ?

#Today it is a foggy morning. I kind of like it when my internal and external environments match. I'm headed out to swap cars with a friend visiting from Hawaii. Out of the blue she texted me and said, "hey, I'll have an espresso waiting for you when you get here." Glory be! A lighthouse in the fog! It's going to be a great day!
