Couple of rough nights' sleep so not feeling peak today. But looking forward to taking it a bit easier maybe, and clearing up a few things hanging over my brain.

Wishing you all the focus to make good decisions and the energy to carry them out.

Pretty good day today. Ordered a RaspPi 5, joined the RSA, and - best of all - bought a new diary and notebook.

Wrote up part 2 of my experiments using the accelerometer in Pulp on the #playdate at the weekend. It all feels so niche and daft that I can't not do it.

Interestingly, the rules for Provisions only say "one meal at a time", but are otherwise vague. Do you roleplay properly and only eat when makes narrative sense, or follow Zelda-style play of being able to eat during battles?

These things keep me up at night.

@emaechler Out of interest, how do you handle the case of being away when an urgent update is needed?

@andyfragen @webaware Ta. Oddly hard to check with a quick search - top results talk about feature plugins and proposals a lot. I can see some other targeted testing will be needed, but it does take out a layer of stress. Thanks for the work on it! 🙏

@skc Not taking it into account consciously yet, but definitely a risk that's got closer now.

@andyfragen @webaware Yes! That's the auto-rollback feature I was thinking of - is that in Core by default yet? And does it only check for errors on the homepage? Thinking through my error checking strategy.
