As Earth's warming climate causes problems for big coffee producers, some are looking to a rarely cultivated species that may stand up better to drought and heat. It's Excelsa, which is native to South Sudan and a handful of other African countries.

Rare coffee bean excelsa might take the place of arabica, robusta ☕
Excelsa bean coffee tastes sweet — unlike robusta — with notes of chocolate, dark fruits & hazelnut. It’s more similar to arabica, but generally less bitter & may have less body.
The tree’s deep roots, thick leathery leaves & big trunk allow it to thrive in extreme conditions such as drought & heat where other coffees cannot. It’s also resistant to many common coffee pests & diseases.

I've even come around to some of the tracks on those in-between albums over the years. The Coen Brothers helped with "The Man in Me".
I'm even eager to see "A Complete Unknown" even though the story is pretty well covered. Most of all keen for the new generation of fans like Swifties and Timothee Chalamet swooners to discover his work.
