@audiodude I can understand that eating away at someone! I tend to prefer solitude though, and I'll be on this adventure solo.

That being said, we're all social creatures to some degree and I think I may need to "forcibly enjoy" some time with friends and family soon.

I have had nearly 50 years of cultural programming telling me that a career defines my purpose. While I don't necessarily believe that, it's difficult to outrun that programming sometimes.

And since I don't really have a career anymore, days at home are absolutely crushing me. If I'm not in nature, I just feel like I'm drifting.

I'm counting the days until I hit the road as a nomad, but I still fear the downtime. Any semblance of boredom stirs up the melancholy.

@CoastalCoasting I might give that a try for "Aventura Mk. II" :)

@Techwizz I look forward to seeing a LOT more of Utah.

@intrepidhero Oh! The magnets are a genius idea, dude.

I've struggled a bit with these staying inside the frame (they're homemade and far from perfect, but they definitely work well, especially keeping the inside warmer at night).

@fullrange Yea, that's definitely a compromise I considered. The intent though is to reduce suspicion that anyone's sleeping inside, thus the blackout tape. Avoiding "the knock." These are primarily for overnight.

All I'm doing is coating my Reflectix window covers with black duct tape, but it seems to be effective (last photo). I'm sure it will be impossible to notice at night.

@Ember Yea! I think a couple of the Nano models had one. Weirdly, it was ONLY a video camera. It didn't take still photos.
