I rarely give a crap about celebs, but losing this one stings a bit... I have a lot of memories of Theo's predicaments from the 2 years I spent completely mesmerized by television after my family of origin finally got a TV in 1991 (about a year after I first got online in any form) and when The Cosby Show was still one of America's prime vehicles for pretending to be something it wasn't.

1. Combine all sauce ingredients and stir until smoothly blended, or blend in a food processor.

2. Preheat oven as directed for pizza crust, preheat a stone or use your usual method for oven pizza :P

3. Put sauce and then toppings on crust!

4. Bake, but not too long, you’re shooting for a little bit of crisping/browning on the edges of the veggies but not too much. Pizza is best as fairly thin slices.

Thai Inspired Pizza

1 premade pizza dough
sm zucchini & yellow squash for slicing
red bell pepper
red onion
sliced hot peppers (jalapeno, anaheim or to taste)
minced garlic
cilantro or thai basil for garnish

Sauce:

½ cup peanut butter
~¼ cup hot water
¼ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp Thai dark sweet soy sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
