1. Combine all sauce ingredients and stir until smoothly blended, or blend in a food processor.
2. Preheat oven as directed for pizza crust, preheat a stone or use your usual method for oven pizza :P
3. Put sauce and then toppings on crust!
4. Bake, but not too long, you’re shooting for a little bit of crisping/browning on the edges of the veggies but not too much. Pizza is best as fairly thin slices.
