Process has been... Surprisingly well organized! Much better than moving my daughter in just 3 years ago.

Probably lucky we got one of the first load-in times and got here about 20 minutes ago early and they let us start.

Now he and my wife are just getting things "right" so I'm sitting here oeaced TF out. 🤣

4 more years of financial ruin and I can focus on getting a saving account! 🤣

How I feel posting something on Threads but getting likes from outside Fediverse users

Just wanted to thank all my close peeps (and everyone still hoofing it out) that are still making the Fediverse their home.

Special extra shout out to my instance host @jaz - he the team here at toot.wales have done an amazing job of offering a reliable and safe home.

It's been an amazing experiment in terms of wrestling control back control of our media from corporate america, and I feel lucky and honored to be a part of it.

Last weekend with my youngest before he's off to college!
