@jonschwenn How do the 12V rails look via the floppy port?

@jonschwenn A failing power supply or analog board (not providing enough voltage) can do very odd things.

@applepc @tegbains good luck! I had an issue with a Quadra 950 that did something similar, it turned out the reset / interrupt buttons were a bit stuck and would easily hit the buttons on the logic board.
