Got this big boi at #VCFWest consignment! It was expensive, but it’s instantly one of the most interesting things in my collection.

@tegbains Just lit it up — it chimes, but after ~20sec gives the Chime of Death.

I suspect a RAM test issue, but we’ll investigate more when it’s on the bench!

@mac84tv Amazing! Are you planning to digitize/archive this tape?

I got a set of educational film strips (for which Apple is listed as a consultant) awhile ago, but I haven’t figured out how to present/digitize them yet.
