Since I read the info on the verification process, supposedly fully on device, and user name options (real or something else) for now I tend to give it the benefit of doubt. It might even reduce malicious fake accounts.

Interesting, since I (dutch) always assumed the thou/thee to be the more formal since it only appears in (pseudo) older texts.
