und schreibt ihr/ihm freundlich, dass ihr die bisherige Ablehnung der EU-Richtlinie zur #Chatkontrolle in der Ampelregierung sehr gut fandet und jetzt eine sehr gute Gelegenheit wäre, #Rückgrat gegen Totalüberwachungsphantasien aus der Union (und bei manchen SPD-Innenpolitiker:innen) zu zeigen.

@Prucker Mensch, Mensch, wie Konservative bei ihren Lobbyhustles plötzlich zur Sprachpolizei werden. Man könnte meinen, dass das ganze "Linke Sprachpolizei"-Bashing nur Ablenkung ist. Aber wer bin ich, das zu beurteilen.

Dabei fällt mir auf, dass hier eine Flasche Scheuer-Milch rumsteht. So tief isser also bei der Agropartei schon gesunken, dass da niemand was gegen tut.

@hart Wobei schon das Bild sehr verkürzend ist, denn es ist nicht die abgebildete Honigbiene, die unter Druck steht. Es sind viele Wildbienenarten (viele davon würden die meisten nicht mal als Bienen erkennen), die massiv unter Druck stehen. Und da jede Art ihre eigene Nische hat, betrifft sie jeweils einen speziellen Teil der Fauna.

Wenn ich noch einmal jemanden über Ticketautomaten oder die Online-Ticketbuchung der #DeutscheBahn jammern höre, raste ich aus.

Gerade in #Antibes 5 Minuten Automatentetris gespielt: der Regioalverkehrsautomat führt Zielbahnhof nicht. Der Automat der SNCF fragt für *jeden* einzelnen Passagier nach einem Online-Account. Man landet für die Wahl der Rückfahrt in einem Bildschirm, in dem vollkommen unklar ist, wie die Buchung weitergeht und der EC-Karten-Leser und der Bildschirm sprechen ultralangsam miteinander.
Raus kommt ein gefühl 4 Meter langes Ticket (so wie früher), auf dem fett steht, dass man es compostieren (also abstempeln) muss - aber kein Stempelautomat weit und breit.

Die Bahnsteige heißen übrigens - sehr intuitiv - 2, A und 1. Und sind in der gleich Type und Farbe ausgeschildert wie die Wegweiser zu den jeweils anderen Bahnsteigen. 🤷🤦♀️

Oh, und anscheinend haben wir jetzt komplett ohne Rabatt Zugbindung - in einem fucking Regionalzug.

Leude: Wenn euch die Bahn nervt, fahrt mal Zug woanders™ und erlebt, dass es wesentlich schlimmer geht.

That’s not how that works.

@aral Very specifically, this is a German, not an EU, fuck-up. The German tax codes defines a very narrow, and very 1950ies view of what’s a charitable cause and the Federal ministry of finances has not been moving on this point at all. Notably, other charities with political intent had their previously granted status removed (check Campact for instance).
There’s another big issue with this in general, and that’s an EU issue: There is no way to set up an EU-wide charitable cause entity. So you’d have to run 27 entities to get tax deductability (is this a word?) in the entire EU.
While it’s sad to read this, it’s absolutely understandable that they took this step. The implications … yeah, yet another Mozilla or Wikipedia foundation with questionable priorities decoupled from the actual project.

But please bash the German government and only then the EU ;-)

Can't speak for others, but we do and many of our friends do. Might be a German thing because the state requires lots and lots of things on paper still. ?♀️
