We do not currently support PDS federation on the production network but it is now possible to federate in the developer sandbox.

Congrats Bluesky for storing all user data in one database, owned by one company.

@evan describes it very well in the dot social interview with @mike AP is the foundation layer and we can build use-cases on-top and not inventing another protocol side-by-side. AP is here, it works, just use it.

Kinda cool, as a Mastodon admin you can suspend yourself from your own instance.

If the Fediverse grows further moderation as a service can become a valid business.

With moderation I mean fighting spam and illegal content all day long. I know its a spicy topic 🍿
