I have been #baking and #cooking more than normal lately, just to keep my mind occupied. My #sourdough and #MediterraneanCuisine have been a welcome distraction.
I started by making my sourdough english muffins, then pita, na’an, and a new rustic bread with buttermilk. I then moved on to making my own falafel and then gyro meat. I then found out that my pitas are perfect for Lebanese Arayes so they are now my favorite #ComfortFood.

I've been in #IT for 25+ years and my hot take on laptops is not unique, but here goes.
I like thick laptops and I cannot lie.
Enough ports that I'll never (ever) need a dongle ever again.
A screen big enough that I can run multiple apps side by side and not need to scroll.
A keyboard that can handle heavy use in data centers, airplanes, meeting rooms, etc.
And a frame that does not flex.
If I need both arms to carry it, that's the price I'll pay.
