I have been #baking and #cooking more than normal lately, just to keep my mind occupied. My #sourdough and #MediterraneanCuisine have been a welcome distraction.
I started by making my sourdough english muffins, then pita, na’an, and a new rustic bread with buttermilk. I then moved on to making my own falafel and then gyro meat. I then found out that my pitas are perfect for Lebanese Arayes so they are now my favorite #ComfortFood.
