@dick_turpin Um, are you forgetting how old older millennials are? I absolutely cut my teeth on 26k dialup and taking up a phone line. Watching images load, line by line, and videos buffer for several minutes.
I also grew up way in the sticks, so *some* of my peers did have cable internet. But I still have dial up flashbacks hearing those sounds too!
@dick_turpin I was pretty close to that age back in the LinuxOutlasw/DTRS/identica time.
You know how you've gotten older since then? Sadly, so have I.
@kevie @SolusSpider @ken_fallon @hpr @thaj @archer72 I'm pretty sure that's not actually possible. But good luck!
@ken_fallon @hpr @thaj thank you, kind sir. We approached it with the same level of professionalism and preparation we bring to all our projects
@evan I feel like this is too big of an "it depends" issue to vote decisively in a poll.
On one hand, pretending that media was better than it was about such issues does a disservice to the people that lives through it.
On another, people *now* shouldn't have to continue to live through it.
I think it depends on who is asking for the removal, and why.
All that to say, I don't have a good answer, which makes it a good discussion question
@evan I think I might have misunderstood that question.
I read it more as a "will you share your recipes if asked" and not "do you go out of your way to share them"
