@sickburnbro Ages ago I worked with a chemistry professor who had an undergrad degree in math. He told me that sometimes he would read an article in Scientific American, realize he didn't really understand it and have to go back and read it again. This is how high level the material used to be.

Muscles increase with workouts, the ligaments that hold joints together not nearly enough to keep up with the muscles if you push it too hard. Looks like that may have been a dislocation and not a fracture, which would likely be good for him. Unless the ligaments were torn, in which case he's probably be better off with some type of fracture.
