Tonight we watched "Thunderbolts*". It had the banter, even better than I expected, but it also had a pretty good story, character depth and emotional weight. Much better than "Captain America: Brave New World", which felt mostly like filler and an extended version of its own trailer. After a long and slow post-Endgame Marvel period, I am excited about where this is going. And I'm really looking forward to the Fantastic Four movie, which looks pretty sure to become the first good Fantastic Four movie.

Is there a manufacturer out there who specializes in speakers that can handle high humidity?

I live in a very humid city, and speakers are basically consumables here. A laptop that had worked fine for a decade blew out its speaker membranes in two years after moving here. I bought external speakers, same thing. I would like to stop this revolving door of speakers.

The TV has been fine for a near-decade somehow, so it's definitely possible. Maybe it's easier with bigger speakers, I don't know.

One person clearly didn't want to be at a party as much as their partner did. They were sitting by themself, half asleep, half in thought.

But then the clap-clap in "It's Raining Men" came up, and of course you cannot not clap, so they did and kind of woke up from their trance, and a couple of us beamed at each other for a few seconds, and then we each went back to dancing or pondering, whatever we were doing before that moment. 😊
