Definite and indefinite articles definitely aren't easy to learn. They're also used differently across languages. For example, Piccadilly Circus is English comes without any article, but Alexanderplatz in German always uses a definite article even though they're basically the same thing

@bright_helpings right!! This faucet I'm dealing with is side-mounted with no markings and it took me a minute to figure out what's hot and what's cold.

Also you have to turn it back to the middle so that it doesn't leak even when closed, but that's a different can of worms
