Here are three tips to making a good sandwich an excellent sandwich.

1. Salt & Pepper
2. Season your veggies
3. Apply pressure to the bread to make sure everything is properly condensed - as much pressure as you can without tearing

look a grilled cheese is at most three general ingredients.

1. Bread
2. Fat (Oil. Mayo, Butter)
3. Cheese

Adding anything else like onions or tuna makes it not a grilled cheese.
