How interesting that you continually ignore the fact that this is already covered by current copyright laws.

Just because someone displays their artwork on their webpage for others to view, does not mean that a businessman can hire people to write an algorithm to make money by using your artowrk as training data.

That's not "Fair Use", nor is it "Derivative Works".

Can you point me to any other example where merely displaying your work gives others the right to use it for profit?

Copyright law handles the legal part, and art culture shuns those who rip off others.

It's not about "100% identical to the source material", because we're talking about a model that copies a _style_.

Well well well... Andreessen Horowitz admits, in no uncertain terms, that if they had to compensate artists for using their art to train their #aiart ripoff models, that their investments wouldn't be worth it.

Jack Dorsey wanted #Bluesky's content moderation to be entirely "community driven", and when the community decided they wanted nazis, terfs, and the like banned, he got so upset about it he deleted his own Bluesky account.

He still sits on the board of directors however.
