How interesting that you continually ignore the fact that this is already covered by current copyright laws.
Just because someone displays their artwork on their webpage for others to view, does not mean that a businessman can hire people to write an algorithm to make money by using your artowrk as training data.
That's not "Fair Use", nor is it "Derivative Works".
Can you point me to any other example where merely displaying your work gives others the right to use it for profit?
