@pepsi_man I would suggest not chimping out at everything, but a good way to look at it is bog_beef's patron/client stuff - if you are getting fucked by someone who is supposed to be the patron, go all out. The purpose is to make sure you have to be respected and listened to.
I try to be realistic and understand that I can't get everything I want, especially not right now ( maybe over time ) - but that doesn't mean don't be silent about stuff you don't like. -

@transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend @TeaTootler Be honest, you don't even know what spending is categorized as mandatory. -

@transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend @TeaTootler You keep saying that, but you can't find the laws or ruling that say an agency must spend every dollar it is appropriated. -

@totalslothdeath @threalist I think the biggest thing is he has an older style view of the government in that he thinks HHS should protect the citizens from big businesses, such that he is willing to take a skeptical view of what big pharma has done. -

@transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend bro, look at yourself. nothing in that says "an agency must spend all money allocated"
Now, if you want to start talking discretionary versus mandatory that's starting to get to what my point is. -

@transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend No, sorry fag, it doesn't.
But you seem REALLY sure, so why don't you find something that says it's required. It should be easy, right? -

@transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend You seem so sure an agency has to spend all the money they are allocated, why don't you show us how smart you are and point out where it says that -

@TeaTootler @transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend the most important question for one to ask is: "why are you so hungry for a Trump loss" -

@ChadleyDudebro he seems to be the 90s democrat style which is essentially "we need it for rape and stuff like that"
At this point, removing a federal "right" to abortion and letting states decide is the most effective option. -

@Victor_Emmanuel that's what I think the tariffs are for, to strongly convince them to build the factories. -

@transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend again, where does it say an agency has to both spend every cent it is allocated and that they must ask congress how to spend every cent? -

@transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend Yes, congress allocates funds, and the executive spends them. It's pretty simple. An agency is not required to spend all money allocated.
See how easy it is to answer questions? I'm sure with some practice you can get it. There might be a sticker if you can do it! -

@transgrammaractivist @SuperSnekFriend You didn't answer the question. You seem to have a problem with that.
